Portal26 CEO and Founder Named 2022 Female CxO Trailblazer of the Year
Portal26, Inc., the industry’s most advanced data protection and ransomware immunity platform, announced that CEO and founder Arti Raman was named Tech Trailblazers Awards 2022 Female CxO Trailblazer of the Year, and Portal26 was named a finalist for the Security Trailblazers Award.
“I am honored to be recognized as the 2022 Female CxO Trailblazer of the Year,” said Raman. “One of the most important things I will ever do as a woman is to be a role model. That is, to stand where I am, as a proud woman in technology, to believe in the next generation of girls who are choosing careers in technology, and in the women already in the workforce who are interested in joining our field. To all the women out there who aspire to build careers in tech – ignore all gender-based expectations that society places on you, believe in yourself, surround yourself with allies, aim for the stars, and keep marching forward. I believe in you.”
The nominees for the Female CxOs award within enterprise tech startups were judged on demonstrating key qualities and proven achievements: driving company innovation, proof of leadership, implementing and encouraging agile practices, promoting diversity within the company, and contributing to the broader tech community.
The Security Trailblazers Award was open to all private companies, privately funded or VC backed (Series C or earlier), under seven years old, focusing on Security startups offering innovative solutions to enterprises based worldwide.
The Tech Trailblazers Awards, the first independent global awards program dedicated to the enterprise technology startup ecosystem, saw a marked increase in Female CxO Trailblazers, with almost double the number of entrants in that category this year.
Founded in 2012, the Tech Trailblazers Awards was the first independent awards program dedicated to enterprise information technology startups, helping identify the most innovative companies and concepts in various categories. Entrants from anywhere in the world are invited to nominate themselves, with shortlists for each category chosen by the Tech Trailblazers’ panel of leading IT industry experts. A combination of judging panel opinions and public votes identifies winners.
TItaniam has had quite a successful year in the awards category as they won the coveted SINET16 Security Innovator Award, four Global Infosec Awards at RSAC 2022, TAG Cyber Distinguished Vendor, and Intellyx Digital Innovator for 2022. They were also named a Gartner Cool Vendor in Data Security, a featured vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Data Security, a featured vendor in the Gartner Hype Cycle for Data Privacy, and most recently, a featured vendor in Gartner’s Enterprise Key Management (EKM) industry advisory report.
